HMI 2007 | Same hall, new stand location!
Hanover fair -Hall 11 | Stand D48-

CONTA-CLIP presents itself at this year´ s Hanover trade fair for industrial technology from 16 to 20 April 2007 as is usual at hall 11. Merely the stand location has changed, we moved to Stand D48. We already look forward to welcome you and to present face-to-face our innovative product novelties.

SAB/D for direct mounting
Shielded connection clamp

In addition to the well-known SAB versions for bus bars -, mounting rail and direct assembly from our CONTA-CONNECT product range, CONTA-CLIP now offers you a new possibility.  The SAB 8/D direct assembly Shield Connection Clamp can be ordered in a special version with a self cutting M5 SW3 metal screw. (Cat.-No.1526.0 SAB 8/D M5). For the mechanic, this means less expenditure of time when bolting the clamp on the mounting plate, because he only has to bore a hole with the diameter of 4.2 mm. The tread is then cut into the plate by the screw.

Veined Earth-terminal-blocks
Conversion of production process

Within the range earth-terminal-blocks a veined execution of one-piece housings in the colours green/yellow has meanwhile become a standard. Meanwhile all one-piece ZSL(Tension-Spring-Technology) and FSL (Pressure-Spring-Technology)-terminals are assembled and delivered in veined housings. The spray cast technology adapted particularly for this application guarantees a perfect mixing of the two colours. This ensures an even better recognizability of the earth-terminals on the finished rails.

How can the advantages of the direct connection technology (pressure-spring-connection-system) be brought the mechanic in the field? For this purpose CONTA-CLIP designed the assembly stickers for the FRK pressure spring connection system. Cat.-No.:( 88529.0 Assembly instruction FRK)
The bilingual (de/en) stickers explain the handling of the FRK terminals in simple steps and are a fast and simple possibility to show the special advantages of this new technology to mechanics all over the world.
